Cancellation & Refund Policy

Understand DSDC's enrollment cancellation window, refund rules, and how refund requests are processed.

7-Day Cancellation Window

Families may cancel an enrollment within 7 days of the enrollment date and receive a full refund.

No Mid-Semester Cancellations

Once the semester has begun, enrollments cannot be cancelled partway through the semester. DSDC reserves class space, staffing, and scheduling based on confirmed registrations.

Refunds After Classes Begin

No refunds are issued after classes begin, except in one situation: a full refund is available if the student has attended only the very first class. After the first class, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, email education@dsdc.ca and include the student's name, the parent or guardian's name, and the class or program enrolled in.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution involved.
