Service Description
DSDC provides online debate and public speaking classes conducted primarily through Zoom for students in Grades 4 through 12, as well as some university-level programming and related educational support.

Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in CAD, and certain checkout flows may display multi-currency support where available. Families are responsible for paying applicable fees on time according to the selected class or service.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSDC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, portal, classes, or third-party tools. Services are provided on an as-available basis.
Termination
DSDC may suspend or terminate accounts or access where necessary for security, non-payment, policy violations, or operational reasons. Users may also stop using the services at any time, subject to any applicable cancellation and refund rules.
